Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, no full refunds can be issued.

However, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 30 days: 25% restocking fees (unit price) will apply.

Items must be returned in their original condition with an authorization code and approval form in order for the return to be processed.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Santor's Customer Service through our Contact Us page or at info@santor.com.

Items that are returned without an RMA form may be refused or delayed for treatment.

Items are inspected upon reception. Products that are received by Santor in any of the following conditions are not eligible for returns:

  • Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Refund returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected.
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
  • Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.
